Having recently raised our Series B investment led by Lakestar, Streetbees’ partners with world leading brands across the FMCG, Media and Entertainment, Retail & Insurance sectors and our clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, Sony Pictures, Carlsberg, Santander, Ikea, Vodafone and L’Oreal.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing recruiter to join us on an initial 3 month contract in our London HQ, who will support the Head of Talent in identifying, approaching and hiring top talent into our growing Sales & Marketing teams in EMEA. The hiring will be in London predominantly, but also into our newly opened offices in France, Germany and Switzerland, as we continue to scale our business at pace.



  • Identifying and headhunting the highest-calibre candidates for each vacancy
  • Day-to-day management and support of a high-performing Talent Sourcer for all Sales & Marketing roles in EMEA
  • Screening identified candidates and ensuring they’re an ideal competence and culture match for Streetbees
  • Ensuring each applicant receives an outstanding candidate experience at all times
  • Full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing, right through to closing and on-boarding
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System
  • Supporting the Head of Talent with recruitment projects
  • Attending relevant industry events as a representative of Streetbees


Required Experience:

  • 6+ successful years’ in recruitment (ideally with a mix of agency recruitment and in-house recruitment at a high-growth startup/scaleup)
  • B2B Marketing and/or Enterprise Sales recruitment expertise is key, so if you're an expert at hiring the best-of-the-best Marketeers and Salespeople into B2B startups/scaleups at all levels, we want to hear from you!
  • Expert with LinkedIn Recruiter and happy to get creative when it comes to candidate attraction
