Job Description

The rare disease drug R&D market is growing at an unprecedented rate, making up over 50% of all novel drugs approved by the FDA in the last year. AllStripes’ two-sided consumer-facing and enterprise software platform serves 1) rare disease patients by showing them their own impact on drug development and 2) life sciences customers by sharing critical disease insights not available anywhere else.

AllStripes is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive all aspects of our commercial marketing strategy to our life sciences customers. This is our first marketing role that will drive all aspects of our GTM strategy and will work closely with our executive leadership team. We’re looking for a highly strategic self-starter who will play a key role in defining and executing our marketing strategy and create processes from the ground up. 

What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute our end-to-end life sciences marketing strategy and playbook, including: increasing brand awareness and new leads, understanding buyer segmentation and pain points, and clearly communicating our value proposition and product positioning.
    • Sales Enablement: Develop a suite of marketing materials to enhance the customer lifecycle and shorten the sales cycle, from lead generation, to proposal generation, pricing and contracting, and ongoing customer engagement.
    • Content and Brand Strategy: Craft and execute our content and brand strategy that addresses each part of our customer’s journey, from awareness to decision.
    • Product Positioning: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Research teams to develop value proposition messaging for life sciences and research customers.
    • Thought Leadership: Own the strategy and execution of AllStripes’ thought leadership presence through events and webinars, articles and whitepapers, and other approaches in an effort to solidify our position as the leader in rare disease Real-World Evidence.

Who You Are

    • 8+ years of relevant experience, including product marketing, commercial marketing, product management, or strategy, with demonstrated success in owning the positioning and launch of differentiated products in novel categories.
    • Deep experience with highly technical enterprise products and services with ACVs in the six- to seven-figure range.
    • Experience hiring and managing a team within a high growth environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear storytelling and copywriting skills.
    • Bias to action, fast-paced, with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing start-up environment.
    • Previous experience in life sciences and clinical research is a bonus, but not required.
