The Care Team is responsible for motivating and enabling Hinge Health Coaches and Health Coach Managers to perform the best work of their careers. The Director of Care Team Operations would oversee a team of Health Coach Managers, as well as take a lead role in projects and strategic decisions related to the Health Coach organization. They will partner closely with the Coach Operations, Coach Strategy, and Quality Management departments to ensure our Health Coaches are engaged employees delivering high quality care to our participants. 

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Lead a team of HC Managers with >100 Health Coaches to deliver the Hinge Health program and achieve long term engagement with their member population. 
    • Help good employees become great. Through coaching reviews and one on one sessions, provide warm, continuous feedback, celebrate wins and don’t shy away from discussing challenges, and actively support the growth and professional development of your team members. 
    • Bridge the gap between leadership and project teams and the Health Coaches, ensuring that your team is up to date with relevant information and context.

    • We are looking for proven leaders with 5+ years of experience managing managers.

    • Provide direction through results-oriented team or personal objectives. You have a track record of leading teams or team members to achieve their goals.
