Job Description
We are looking for talented and passionate Software Engineers that love to work in demanding and international environments to join our team. Our team is passionate, dedicated and highly motivated to tackle the daily challenges of a fast growing, well-funded SaaS scale-up.
As a member of the Growth team you will be responsible for figuring out ways to scale our acquisition channels and run growth experiments to increase user activation and retention on a regular basis in close cooperation with our product and engineering team. The ideal candidate has a full-stack developer profile, with a specialization in web front-end as well as a good sense for marketing and UI.
- Technologies Used: JS (Vue), TypeScript, Python, Java, HTML, CSS
- Preferred Location: Zurich or Berlin
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement product changes at massive scale with rapid data-driven iteration
- Analyze data to uncover potential sizable growth opportunities and generate hypotheses to test
- Rapid MVP building that have real impact on metrics
- Responsible for building all the necessary tools and infrastructure to unlock rapid growth
- Work with our product team on the core to improve key KPI’s and UX.
- Own and contribute to Beekeepers Product-Led-Growth technologies and acquisition model
What we look for in you
- 4-6 years of experience with web technologies (Front-end focussed)
- Experience in building Web-app experiences for Mobile
- Design and UX sensibilities
- Creativity and out of the box thinking to make things work
- Comfortable with analyzing data using statistical methods
- A just get it done mindset
- Fluent in English
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Bonus Points
- Track record at Hackathons
- Experience in building API’s
- Experience integrating with 3rd party integrations
- B2B and SaaS experience
- We love founders and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge about Growth Hacking and familiar with Growth Hacking Frameworks
