Job Description

Pipefy is the workflow management software that increases team productivity and standardizes processes for teams like Finance, HR and Customer Service, so those requesting services, processing requests and managing the operation are more efficient. [email protected] is tasked with creating the Pipefy brand, making people aware of the core problem we are addressing and evangelizing our approach and solution. We create awareness, bring leads and help convert self-serve customers - all of that while wisely investing our resources. Just as importantly, we care about developing world-class marketers while learning and having fun in the process.

  • Help to structure internal processes and product marketing operations
  • Manage cross-functional product marketing projects related to go-to-market strategies
  • Deeply understand customer needs and specificities to build unique and differentiated messaging that aligns both with Pipefy’s overarching narratives and with their own universe, lingo and pain points;
  • Ensure Marketing and Customer Ops teams are always equipped with the latest product messaging to support their campaigns, inbound and outbound activities;
  • Partner with the Content team to create content that articulates Pipefy’s capabilities, differentiating value, and key benefits for core audiences;
  • Partner with the Growth and Demand Generation teams to develop campaign copy and assets aligned with core messaging;
  • Support sales enablement efforts with the right messaging to make sure the Customer Ops teams are aligned with Marketing and to enable them to properly leverage our value drivers.

  • Pro-active attitude to search and implement processes.
  • Ability to thrive in uncertainty, resolve ambiguity, and think quickly on your feet.

Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing or growth marketing for B2B audiences.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and distill for different audience segments in clear and effective ways.
  • Ability to leverage market research, benchmarks, data and interviews to deeply understand our customers realities, pain points, motivations and aspirations.
  • Ability to communicate and present product positioning and value at all levels.
  • Had experience in in high-growth software companies or fast paced startups.
  • Had experience marketing to multiple industries and business lines.
  • Had experience enabling internal organizations with content, demos or other materials.
  • Had familiarity with Pipefy’s platform.
