WHO YOU ARE
Artemis is looking for a creative, hardworking, self-motivated person to join our Marketing team as an Account Development Manager Team Lead. This is a high impact player/coach role responsible for carrying a pipeline quota and leading the ADM team. The ideal candidate brings a proven record of success in building pipeline, leadership skills, and notable examples of initiative in a team environment. You and your team will be responsible for generating 100% of the sales and marketing pipeline goal through account-based marketing programs.

YOU WILL

    • Live the Artemis core values every day
    • Lead and hold accountable a growing team of 4 Sales Development Representatives
    • Generate or influence the majority of pipeline for Sales Regional Directors  
    • Strategize with top-producing sales managers and sales directors to target senior HR executives, brokers and consultants to address their benefits analytics needs
    • Execute Account Based Marketing programs and follow up on inbound leads
    • Test and measure prospecting methods to find new ways to achieve success
    • Leverage the Artemis sales and marketing technology stack for efficiency and consistency 
    • Own all Apollo email cadences, phone messaging framework, and align with marketing initiatives

    • Passion to lead, train, and monitor KPIs
    • A proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach with a proven track record of building pipeline
    • Love for learning about complex technology. You aren’t bound by the status quo. When the going gets tough, you get going
    • Strong collaboration skills—with prospects, partners and your internal partners in sales and marketing
    • A deep satisfaction for collaborating and winning together
    • Passion for helping to fix healthcare
    • A commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
    • 4+ years of experience in sales or related marketSoftware/SaaS experience, sales experience, or other related business experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • A proactive mentality that is willing to go above and beyond
    • The ability to own a sales territory

    • Your sales regional directors see you as an indispensable partner in their success
    • You understand and can position the high-level value of the Artemis Health platform
    • You are a strong contributor to the marketing team, frequently sharing ideas and supporting campaigns
    • You have become an expert on account based marketing execution
