Job Description

Logz.io is looking for a self-driven, energetic, super positive, and service-oriented IT specialist to join our fast-growing TLV startup. If you have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a wide range of requirements - this is the place for you! In this role, you will work with our Operations Team to lead and manage the IT domain. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all internal and external IT systems, assets and support, with a large percentage of hands-on work
  • Work in a Mac/Google/Gmail environment
  • Act as the company’s Global IT help desk function
  • Work directly with IT suppliers and service vendors in the procurement, installation, and support of hardware and software
  • Support network infrastructure
  • Drive automation and innovation in our IT infrastructure and services
  • Research, plan, implement and introduce new technical tools and systems
  • Closely work with our engineering department on deploying security systems and controls

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an IT specialist, in a big startup or a hyper-growth company
  • Hands-on experience with tier 1 and 2 support for Macs
  • Hands-on Experience managing SaaS applications
  • Hands-on experience with cloud and on-prem backup solutions
  • Hands-on experience managing and operating network equipment, switches, and firewalls
  • Passion for technology and diverse knowledge of trends and innovations in the IT world especially Mac/Google/Gmail environment
  • Experience in leading cross-departmental projects and leading systems adoption
  • Knowledge of Anti-virus needs and solutions
  • "Out-of-the-box thinker” with a “can-do” approach and a team player
  • A high level of English (verbal and written)
