Position Summary 

Customers invest in Lessonly to transform the way that learning and training happens inside their organizations via a best-in-class training software. However, many of them desire an extra set of hands to launch faster, think more strategically, and deliver more to their teams than they otherwise could under their own power. 

Enter the Lessonly Services team, which partners with our customers to design training programs, develop training content, and maintain their accounts in a way that ensures a higher overall likelihood of achieving their business outcomes. The Content Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting, guiding, and managing the quality and delivery of training content to our Lessonly customers. As the overseer of the customer’s training content, the Content Services Coordinator will also be expected to be knowledgeable on lesson building best practices and Lessonly content builder functionality to provide recommendations to improve the customer’s experience. 

Success in this role looks like ensuring customer satisfaction with Content Services in terms of quality and timely delivery. Excelling as a Content Services Coordinator will mean that customers see this individual as a partner in making their training content impactful and engaging. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers on a regular cadence to gather context and relevant information for content projects
  • Lead content mapping sessions to prioritize delivery of content
  • Facilitate subject matter expert interviews for knowledge transfer or developing training content
  • Provide guidance on Lessonly builder and content best practices
  • Create and submit content requests 
  • Act as the point of contact for all customer lesson questions from our team of Content Specialists
  • Review content to check for accuracy, context, custom branding, etc
  • Make appropriate edits to content prior to delivery of customer projects
  • Work with the customer to make any necessary adjustments prior to launching to end users
  • Submit an evaluation and provide feedback for each lesson completed by a Content Specialist
  • Schedule and lead post-project reviews

Additional Responsibilities:

  • For specialized projects and in times of high volume, be prepared to fully own the development of customer content
  • Collaborate with the Scoping Manager to accurately communicate content scope
  • Build relationships with customers across industries
  • Ideate and communicate opportunities for Services continuous improvement
  • Track billable time and communicate utilization to customers


  • Experience in development of corporate training content preferred
  • Experience with training software, Lessonly preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in either training, writing, or teaching preferred
  • Attention to detail, ability to provide clarity through critical thinking and active listening
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and stay organized
  • Curiosity to learn more about other companies and become an expert in their business
  • Polished writing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
