Job Description

A highly motivated and consumer-driven Product Manager who is passionate about improving our healthcare services through technology and enjoys working in a dynamic and rewarding environment to advance big business outcomes.

You will drive an exciting business initiative with a mission to deliver a modern patient experience. As patients take on a more active role shopping for their healthcare experience, practices need innovative solutions for connecting and engaging with patients, and driving practice value. If you like solving tough problems, have experience bringing consumer products to market, and are tenacious, we would like to hear from you.

Your Areas of Focus

Voice of the Customer

  • Be a voice of the customer by understanding their daily experience and challenges
  • Develop customer relationships, conduct interviews and perform market research to drive innovative solutions
  • Champion the modern patient experience to drive practice value 

Product Ownership

  •  Gain a deep understanding of your product and leverage data and consumer trends to make strategic and tactical decisions
  • Drive innovative solutions from concept through design and execution from the voice of the consumer
  • Partner with User Experience and Engineering to define requirements and understand cross-platform needs 
  •  Be actively involved in the product development process and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, escalate risks and mitigation strategies as needed
  •  Align with the needs of enterprise teams to bring a feature to market and support it once in production

Work Governance

  • Ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent and shows what the team will work on next
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog to ensure upcoming features are refined and validated  
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to best achieve goals and missions 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years consumer-centric Product Management experience
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and motivate the team
  • Constant learner - flexibility and agility around a rapidly changing market
  • Success working in small teams in an Agile Software development environment
  • Problem solver - able to creatively work through and around roadblocks
  • Ability to influence and motivate a team to drive results
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial position or high-growth business environment is a plus
  • Experience working in Healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written skills with ability to interact across both technical and non-technical audiences
