Job Description

TSM is one of the most successful and recognizable electronic sports organizations in North America. We are home to a vast network of educational websites, the largest network of streamers on (Subsid. Amazon), and the most notable League of Legends and Fortnite team in North America. 


The Global Sales Planner/Coordinator is responsible for aiding the sales staff with administrative and organizational duties. They help gather, create, and manage various sales documents and items. The Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities. Responsibilities include… 


What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Design and create presentations used for sales team pitches for TSM, Blitz, and 3rd Party
  • Help manage CRM and sales team outreach
  • Take and organize meeting notes/agendas
  • Keep Swift Media Shared Drive up to date and accurate
  • Help to schedule and maintain internal calendars
  • Assisting sales staff in all relevant research needs (Research partners, market information)
  • Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) 
  • MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Docs)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Dedicated and passionate about esports/gaming
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent/self-sufficient - going above and beyond and handling situations on their own 
  • Communication skills
  • Good Computer/IT skills


Nice to Haves

  • Design background (Presentation/Logo Creation) 
  • Administrative positions will be considered a plus 
  • Project Management - organizing deliverables, leading a project
  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing
  • Creative Thinking and ideation
  • Previous experience in handling CRM’s
