Job Description

We are on a mission to help homeowners achieve financial security and build wealth through their home, while also making that wealth more accessible. EasyKnock is creating an entirely new category of loan-alternatives that disrupt the rigid way lending worked in the past, we can help millions of people convert their home equity. A New York City-based company founded in 2016, EasyKnock offers personalized financial solutions for American homeowners in various circumstances. We eliminate the hassle of dealing with banks, lenders, and moving by bringing our customers residential sale-leaseback programs. This means that EasyKnock purchases the house from the customer, getting them their home value upfront, with a lease to stay in the home as a renter until they are ready to move or repurchase.

You will:

  • Connect, engage, and provide value to Homeowners that are our potential Customers.
  • Act in a Consultative Selling capacity by walking your Customer through a residential
    financial real estate transaction.
  • Be the brand ambassador and touch point for EasyKnock products and services.
  • Hold yourself accountable to meet and exceed your targeted performance metrics.
  • Function well in a fast-paced start-up technology work environment.


You have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build/maintain strong professional
    relationships, and to rapidly develop/cultivate relationships (internally and externally).
  • 3+ years of sales experience is preferred with experience in a “hunter” capacity.
  • A desire to help people by engaging in genuine compassion filled conversations.
  • Ability to use technology tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Five9, and Microsoft Office.
  • An outgoing professional personality with the ability to be able to handle objections with persistence and follow through.
  • Self-starter mind set.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • The ability to multitask and desire to take on additional responsibility.
  • Other key points: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Understanding of residential real estate and financial transactions is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
