Description & Requirements

Summary of Job

To support the implementation of new clients and maintenance of existing clients while working directly with Account Management, Project Management Office, Operations and Director of EDI Implementation. This includes but is not limited to the creation of new clients in the PriZem system, maintaining client data and reporting.

 

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for client setup process from the creation of a client in the PriZem system to the complete setup in preparation for targeted go live date
  • Work closely with Account Management and EDI Implementation departments to obtain all pertinent client details and fulfill any necessary customizations
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) of claims in an effort to validate the integrity and accuracy of the data in addition to data mapping within PriZem.
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing system enhancements that support data integrity
  • Maintain data of existing clients
  • Collaborate with IT, PMO and Operations to understand and successfully execute any necessary client customizations
  • Create and maintain reports deliverable to clients
  • Performs other related responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis standards regarding privacy
Job Requirements
 
Technical Skills/Knowledge
  • Demonstrates proficiency in maintaining the current functionality of Zelis systems and partnering with IT for all system enhancements.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Zelis Proprietary systems and MS Office applications
  • Demonstrates good understanding of healthcare industry and cost management
  • Works on assignments that are complex in nature in which judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems
  • Thorough knowledge of Zelis business model and departmental policies and procedures
Independence/Accountability
  • Requires minimal daily supervision on day to day tasks but seeks guidance on more complex tasks
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions on assignments
  • Regularly reviews goals and objectives with supervisor
  • Must have professional manner and respect the confidentiality of administrative matters and files

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet guidelines

Customary Education/Experience
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Explorer
  • Exceptional time management & organizational skills
  • Team-oriented but also ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
