About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and driven recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll be acting as a champion for our company’s growth as we continue to build diverse, equitable, and high-performing teams for every department. Reporting directly to our Head of Talent, you will be partnering closely with hiring managers, stakeholders and teams - enabling us to continue to attract and hire top talent as we continue to rapidly scale.

We rely on data and insights to make decisions and are looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset and data-driven approach to recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience, an authentic and passionate approach to conveying excitement and building relationships, and will be a strong partner in helping us to build and deliver an all-encompassing hiring strategy. Candidates will regularly tell you how connected and cared for they felt throughout the recruiting experience. 

Over time, you will help us to build a world-class team that can scale to support the company as it grows.

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape, with an understanding of how to identify and attract top startup talent
  • You partner with candidates to ensure a world class interviewing experience and build a deep, trusting relationship with each and every single applicant that you engage
  • You can effectively partner and coach hiring managers across multiple departments to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • You thrive in a high impact, fast paced startup environment where you wear multiple hats, and you can juggle competing priorities
  • You connect with and inspire others, with strong (but weakly held) opinions, big picture thinking, creative ideas, and with a bias to action 
  • You act as an ambassador for the company culture, building relationships with employees, candidates, and customers
  • You have familiarity with different recruiting systems (we use Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter and TalentWall, just to name a few!)
  • You have 3+ years of recruiting experience across agency and in-house environments
