POSITION SUMMARY
 
The Vice President of Channel Partnerships will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract Brokerage Firms, TPAs, GPOs and Worker’s Compensation to drive sales production and market share through the channels. You will lead a team of Channel Partner Directors and Managers to execute deals that will generate revenue through our technology-enabled pharmacy benefit services.
 
We’re looking for a Channel Partner Leader in the healthcare and pharmacy benefit environment who wants to change the world. Candidates will have a proven track record in broker sales and client relationship management. Truveris has a high energy and fast-growing team who are all fiercely committed to growing the business and supporting the Sales team. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify, recruit, and develop channel partners such as brokerage firms, TPAs, GPOs, Workers Compensation, accounting firms and stop-loss providers
    • Partner with marketing to develop a strategy to attract and retain Corporate Channel Partners
    • Continue to evolve Channel Partner Toolkit of available support services
    • Create partnerships and alliances to increase program offerings and marketing efforts, including packaging and pricing
    • Partner with leadership across Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing and Strategy & Innovation
    • Measure performance and track teams’ progress towards internal goals and report monthly findings to leadership
    • Collaborate with partners and users to increase offerings and revenue
    • Evaluate channel market research to identify areas for improvement and further opportunities to expand business
    • Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth, including reporting for Channel Partner business
    • Collaborate with leadership in Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success on Channel Partner strategy plans
    • Lead and manage a small team of Channel Partner Managers and Directors

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years proven and consistent track record of exceeding quota
    • Experience selling health or pharmacy benefit related products or services required
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners
    • Experience managing and maintaining strategic sales pipelines
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
    • Experience hiring, training and leading a small team of business developers and sales professionals
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Bachelor’s degree required
