Your role: Manage a team of SDRs to help them overachieve their individual targets
 
💡 Your missions ⭐ 
 
SDR leader:
• Be the CEO of your team: responsible for your own targets
• Make sure your team is balanced and work well together
• Understand where each rep can get better and create concrete action plans with them
• Train the new PayFiters within your team
• Perform quarterly perf reviews & objective settings
• Actively participate in recruitment processes 
 
Communication:
• Work closely with the other SDR & AE managers to improve communication between teams and to create and improve processes
• Work with both Sale Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement the proper training techniques & tools
• Work hand in hand with your Sales director to give feedback about how the team works

 • 3+ years of successful Sales or SDR experience, ideally in the software industry
• 1+ year in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
• Experience with Saas products and business models• Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
• Proficiency in English
