Job Description

PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage their leave and expense requests.
 
To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.
 
We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.
 
Your role 💪
 
• Ensure that our internal documentation is structured, kept relevant, up-to-date, complete, easy to parse and easy to find.
• Manage and optimize the use of internal tools  to increase PayFiter's individual productivity and level of fulfillment. 
 
Your missions ⭐
 
We are in a hyper growth situation with an increasing number of employees, working remotely or at the office: 
• Content is growing (training, projects, product knowledge, etc.) 
• Complex and cross-team projects existing require excellent written documentation
• Our ability to share knowledge asynchronously through written documents efficiently is critical.
 
Your missions will be to :
• structure, set-up & globalize information management
• optimize local tools to have a global efficiency (Slack, Notion,...)
• work with all teams and coordinate your action plan with them.
 
1️⃣ You will develop, improve, and enforce procedures for organizing, maintaining, and scaling our internal knowledge content. This means, among other possibilities:
- Training and coaching team members on our knowledge tool and general knowledge management know-how.
- Serving as the “Editorial-as-a-Service” referent for all those wanting to create, update, or replace content on our knowledge tool.
- Being the “content gardener”: the one who knows where and when to plant seeds, and who’s in charge of planning weeding sessions.
 
2️⃣ You will be our referent for internal tools and will optimize their use to improve PayFiters productivity and fulfillment. 
- Implementation of training for new employees and existing employees  in general
- Recommendations of new  optimizations and action plans
- Follow-up of team action plans to optimize the tools usage 
- Tools monitoring : you will be aware of all new trends and best practices of the tooling marketplace.

• You know how to manage a project. 
• You have a good knowledge of Slack and Notion.
