Whip Media is hiring on a Senior Recruiter to help support the team's rapid growth over the next year and into the future!  We're looking for someone to join the People team (reporting into the Head of TA) who will be running a full recruiting life cycle for a variety of different open roles within Engineering, Product, Data, Sales and Client Service teams. 
 
In this dynamic role, you'll be tasked with actively sourcing for top talent and being the main point of contact for candidates as you move them through the hiring process.  You'll also be partnering with a wide variety of different (and awesome!) hiring managers who focus in on different areas of the business. We're looking for folks who thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and who are team players but can also take ownership and work autonomously to achieve given tasks/goals.

What will you do?

  • Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview and close exceptional talent
  • Take a hands-on approach to cultivate strong and diverse pipelines
  • Use your expertise to refine and improve our current recruitment and hiring practices 
  • Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions
  • Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
  • Partner with the People Operations team to ensure a best in class employee experience begins during the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process

What do you need?

  • 5 + years of full-cycle recruiting for technology companies.
  • A track record that demonstrates the ability to strategize, engage, vet, and close talent from individual contributors to senior level management.
  • Experience recruiting passive talent including: software engineers, data engineers, and/or data scientists.
  • Excellent verbal, written and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior agency (third party) or start-up recruiting experience preferred.
  • Any experience partnering with SAAS companies, preferred.
