We are looking for a VP of Product Management, who will help shape an exciting roadmap for Blueshift to accelerate our leadership in the CDP space. The ideal candidate would be an impact-oriented leader, who can drive innovation, create a strong product culture, and ensure that the product function plays a key role in the growth of the company. Prior experience and domain knowledge in building data-powered products for customer engagement or marketing is strongly preferred. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a unique opportunity to be a part of the executive team at a fast growing company, and shape the future of a category defining product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, along with associated metrics around adoption, revenue and market presence
  • Play a pivotal role in the Go-To-Market strategy with proactive roadmaps, and ensure that the product function becomes a key driver of growth
  • Work closely with the engineering team on feature prioritization and product launches, and ensure effective delivery of product outcomes
  • Make decisive trade-offs to prioritize product priorities.
  • Manage a team of product and design professionals, inspiring, guiding, and mentoring the team, and developing a strong product culture. 
  • Launch new capabilities with a thoughtful approach that ensures adoption by new and existing customers, partnering with product marketing, customer success, and other teams

Requirements:

  • Experience building SaaS products used by marketing or customer engagement/experience teams, or being a product leader on a growth team at a consumer internet company, is strongly preferred
  • 8-12 years of relevant, product management experience in fast growth environments, with a track record of strong impact
  • Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional/technical deep dives.
  • BS/MS in an engineering discipline, MBA a plus.
