About The Position

The Role

As a Product Marketing Mgr/Dir , you have a passion for explaining business value and a can-do attitude that inspires those around them. You thirst for customer interaction and take pride in your storytelling skills. You obsess over precisely defining customer pain and develop value-based positioning. You are equally adept at right and left brained activities having both deep analytical skills and share evidence-based perspectives persuasively. You are never satisfied with the status quo and always pushing yourself and your team to raise the bar.

In this cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with product management, marketing and sales to develop solution & product positioning and messaging. You’ll have the ability to flex into green-field projects and build something from the ground up. 

Deep Instinct is looking for an experienced product marketer to join our growing global marketing team. NOTE: Title will be dependent on level of experience (e.g., Sr. vs. Director, etc.)

What You'll Do:

  • Domain Expert - Collaborate with product management, marketing and sales to develop solution & product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Evangelist - act as a thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Sales Enablement - understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Market intelligence— be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria as well follow and analyze market trends to position our products.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Understand the competitive landscape and responsible for competitive analysis
  • Compelling Content - develop sales materials – product decks, solution papers, Data sheets, product videos, demos and more
  • Analysts – Assist with building and deepening relationships with the analysts’ community.
  • Strategic GTM driver - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, and marketing to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches worldwide.
  • Technical Media expert - Manage the relationship and process with the external testing labs

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B software product marketing or outbound product management, technical marketing communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication abilities
  • Highly experience and excellent in public (events, seminars, workshops etc.) and customer facing (sales meetings) speaking engagements. 
  • Excellent visual and verbal communications skills - take a technical concept and explain it clearly in just one image
  • Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes
  • Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude 
  • Background and knowledge in Cyber Security domain a must
  • Previous experience as a systems engineer (SE) a plus
  • Bachelor's in business or marketing, MBA is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience working in a B2B high-tech or startup environment
