Job Description

As Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of how we show and describe the value of Yotpo. You will work closely with Marketing and Product teams to help coordinate marketing activities and product releases. You will help compile and produce impactful blog posts and engaging stories which highlight Yotpo’s unique value to our customers. You will play an important role in the positioning of our products, helping to distil our value proposition into effective presentations for the go-to-market teams, case studies, videos, and pages on our website. You will also assist the product team by sharing insights from the market, carefully distilling it into actionable feedback which helps our product team evaluate roadmap candidates for development each quarter.

The Role:

  • Help refine product positioning and create messaging and value propositions that resonate with Yotpo’s buying audience.
  • Participate in the launch of new products and features, helping to develop messaging, assets and coordinate marketing activities
  • Engage in competitive research and support in the creation of battlecards and competitive one pagers that help build GTM teams’ knowledge and confidence  
  • Work with the Product Managers to develop product knowledge and share market intel such as customer feedback or competitive updates
  • Help in coordinating marketing campaigns, production of marketing content and sales collateral to best support GTM teams’ needs and demonstrate the value of Yotpo.
  • Draft and assist in the production of external content pieces including blog posts and case studies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS or Marketing 
  • Excellent writing skills with a focus on storytelling
  • Keen eye for detail with an innovative approach to product marketing 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Firm understanding of the product and how it connects with customers’ needs 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
  • A real passion and energy for improving and adapting marketing communications
  • Bachelor or University Degree
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
