About the Role
As a Billing Operations Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the success and support of Houzz employees. You will work closely with the Billing & Finance team on a wide variety of tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn & develop skills in relation to CRM, Billing Systems & Spreadsheet Analysis.

What You’ll Do

Complete data processes, notifications and manage aging report of overdue payments

Organize and complete all Billing Operations calendar events

Manage inbox requests and provide support for Pro+ & Marketplace
-
Analyze data to seek trends and gather insight on customer payments

Strategize and assist with projects and new process implementations to optimize team efficiency

Focus on International Billing Operations development while providing support to the international team

Maintain & manage customer disputes
At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have
-
Strong oral, written and team communication skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when executing tasks
-
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with AR and AP
Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Experience with Billing Systems, Zuora preferred

Experience with CRM Systems, Salesforce preferred

Experience with subscription business models
-
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
