Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dedicated teammate that has an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage a high volume customer funnel, and who possesses results-driven grit that will take Shippo to the next level.

What You'll Do

    • Generate and qualify long-term outbound opportunities and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects for Account Executives
    • Work with the GTM team to develop, lead and measure outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified call
    • Meet weekly and monthly qualified goals that align with company-level growth targets
    • Develop strong sales and product knowledge to Interact with decision makers via cold call, video, LinkedIn and email
    • Generate demand and nurture potential interested accounts through the following channels:
    • Demand Gen/GTM initiatives (i.e. Winback programs, re-engagement, post-bound nurturing, Account-Based marketing campaigns)
    • Demonstrate consultative voice and outstanding communication skills including both phone, written communication, as well as active listening
    • A ‘hunter’ mentality - comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and following up on incoming leads and strong desire to win.
    • Experience with longer sales cycle, talk through a deal/opportunity process, 

Required Skills and Qualifcations

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
    • At least 1-3 years of relevant sales experience ideally in quota-carrying positions, with a history of exceeding targets
    • Strong communication skills via phone and email
    • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
    • Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement

Bonus Points

    • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM software
    • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Reporting tools like Looker and Mode
