Job Description

This role will input into the strategy and success for the North American Direct Sales teams in the AdRoll BU. This leader will have experience successfully leading SaaS or Media sales teams, distributed Sales across multiple territories and segments. Working strategically with NAMER Leadership, Operations, and Marketing teams to accelerate our growth they will need to be comfortable in a “startup environment” where change is not only expected but embraced for the opportunities it represents.. This role will oversee a new business sales team.

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Grow the AdRoll business in the Growth segment through the scaled acquisition of new customers in North America 
  • Consistently achieve (and over-achieve) customer acquisition expectations as well as Annual SaaS and Media goals. 
  • Hire, manage and develop new sales reps across your team to consistently over achieve against their goals maintaining a strong performance culture.  
  • Work cross functionally and collaboratively to build scalable systems, tools, and processes to enable the business to be successful.
  • Act as a stakeholder with Product and Marketing to provide key insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to Executive Leadership teams regarding NAMER sales. 
  • Drive increased customer engagement, retention across AdRolls product platform for both software and media.

Skills you’ll bring: 

  • A sales leader with a proven track record and a minimum of 3 years experience leading Scaled Sales teams.
  • Experience selling SaaS based technology, annual deal structures to marketing managers, directors, and vice presidents
  • Comprehensive knowledge and ownership of sales strategy and operations across multiple channels 
  • Very comfortable on the front lines closing new business and cultivating key relationships.
  • A genuine passion for developing those around you through coaching and training, key project assignments, and constructive feedback to grow and advance in their careers.
  • Excellent industry, sales, and business acumen with strong analytical skills and a history of successful, data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of the Marketing or advertising technology space is a significant plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
