Job Description

Concord (noun) con·cord | a state of agreement; harmony
At Concord we believe that agreements are the foundation of everything - progress, possibilities and potential. That is why our mission is in our name: to empower people to agree more. Concord was built to eliminate the countless frictions that stand in the way of winning agreements. Those frictions not only cost time and money, they are dividing us and halting opportunities for everyone.
With 95% of the world’s companies still managing their agreements through an antiqued manual process, we are disrupting this final frontier and pioneering a new way forward. Our B2B SaaS contract management solution is already empowering over 500 organizations and 500,000 users across 132 countries. And we are just getting started. If you have the passion, ambition and collaborative spirit to create a future where everyone can agree more, come and work with us.
Our Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketer to own and execute our go- to-market strategy.

At Concord you will

    • Develop value-based product and solution positioning, and messaging that clearly differentiates Concord in meaningful ways
    • Partner with our content lead to develop a positioning framework to help us land our message with our primary audiences
    • Creatively evangelize through videos, blogs, white papers, presentations, web content, and other channels
    • Ensure awareness and launch of new releases and capabilities across the field, partners, customer success, marketing, customers, analysts, and the public
    • Collect, analyze, and manage competitive intelligence. Provide constructive guidance to Product Management and Sales based on insight gained
    • Drive go-to-market strategy and influence how we prioritize and win target markets, product categories, and buyer segments

About you

    • A storyteller. You have deep empathy for customers and adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience from end users to executives. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various plates in the air and on track
    • A team player. Product Marketing collaborates across Marketing and every team at Concord. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to deliver your work
    • Data-oriented. You inform your decisions with data and insights to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view of how to take our products to market
    • Passionate about solving customer problems. You are keen to learn how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand
    • Driven. You want to make an impact and thrive in a fast-moving environment operating fluidly between strategic planning and detailed execution
    • 4 to 6+ years of product marketing experience with a strong background in B2B SaaS working closely with sales teams.  Experience working with self-serve products is a plus
