We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement to drive sales productivity across multiple teams and locations. The role will require strong collaboration with sales and marketing leadership, and the development of a systematic approach that helps sales teams prepare for all levels of customer interactions.

This individual will be highly organized, collaborative and will thrive in a high energy, international, work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain deep knowledge and understanding of the sales organization they support, Workable’s value proposition and our ideal customer profile. The role will report into the Global VP of Sales and we're looking for someone with a proven track record in successful sales enablement and previous experience managing complex projects with measurable results.

As we scale in 2021 and beyond, your work with individual contributors, managers and department leadership will have a direct impact on the success of the company. As the first Sales Enablement Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to create enablement programs from the ground up, you will be an engaging and driving force behind the onboarding, ongoing performance and over achievement of our sales teams.

How you'll make an impact:


    Align Workable’s sales organization behind a clearly-defined and universally-understood sales enablement strategy
    Creation and roll out of Workable Sales Playbook
    Partnering with Sales Leaders to ensure the productivity of their teams
    Proactively identify areas for sales process improvement by using data, shadowing sales processes and working with Sales Managers. Work cross-functionality to create solutions and roll them out ensuring best practices are shared globally


    Ownership of engaging onboarding program for all new sales team hires resulting in reduced ramp times
    Curriculum development and certification for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Account Managers
    Ensure new hires are trained and proficient in product knowledge, messaging, sales processes and tool adoption


    Improving sales metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycles and ACV by creating and delivering repeatable training programs
    Ownership of the Sales Training Calendar - deliver live and virtual training to Sales as part of ongoing education of the global team
    Reinforcement and ongoing training and certifications for new product releases, messaging and positioning in the market, and ad hoc campaigns
    Coaching and training of Sales Managers to reinforce Sales Playbook with their teams

Collateral and Content Management

    Manage the overall Sales content repository to ensure all information is organized, current and easily accessible
    Creation and curation of high quality internal content including competitive fact sheets and instructional videos
    Work with marketing teams to support new product/feature releases and ensure all sales teams have the marketing content and collateral they need

Tool / Process Optimization

    Deep knowledge of tools and software and how they can be facilitated to improve sales / identify optimizations
    Work with Revenue and Sales Operations to ensure teams have the right Sales enabling tools & technologies


We'd love to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:

    Previous experience creating and rolling out sales enablement programs - sales onboarding, product training, coaching and feedback, sales playbooks and ongoing training that drives learning and performance improvements - for B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally with SMB teams
    Excellent communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills, you are happy engaging an audience on camera
    Strong interpersonal skills & leadership capabilities; ability to effectively and tactfully manage relationships cross-functionally and internationally
    You're a self-starter and can manage working on multiple projects at once
    Track record of coaching sales teams and working with sales managers to help them hit targets
    Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) and Learning Management tools
    Seasoned problem solver. You're data driven and have a solid understanding of sales metrics and the tools to track them
