Job Description

Cohere Health is illuminating healthcare for patients, their doctors, and all those who are important in a patient’s healthcare experience, both in and out of the doctors office.  Founded in August, 2019, we are obsessed with eliminating wasteful friction patients and doctors experience in areas that have nothing to do with health and treatment, particularly for diagnoses that require expensive procedures or medications.  To that end, we build software that is expressly designed to ensure the appropriate plan of care is understood and expeditiously approved, so that patients and doctors can focus on health, rather than payment or administrative hassles.

Opportunity overview

As an early-stage company, Cohere’s marketing efforts are continually evolving: demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, event management, content development, etc. As our Marketing Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in quickly assessing the success of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, lead generation campaigns, thought leadership outreach, product launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and marketing assets. Your analyses will help inform positioning/pricing/packaging, ongoing additions and adjustments to strategy, and investments in marketing activity and assets to support our rapid growth. You’ll bring strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and an ability to easily build productive relationships within the organization and with partners.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain all analytic capabilities & tools related to our marketing efforts
  • Design and routinely produce marketing analyses to identify productive strategies & tactics, as well as areas for improvement, especially concerning campaigns 
  • Work closely with the product, marketing and growth teams on GTM strategy creation and execution
  • Develop quantified customer proof points to support value propositions and savings/ROI analyses, working cooperatively with product and growth teams
  • Continuously evolve our understanding of the customer, the competition, and market trends

Your background & responsibilities: 

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B marketing analytics
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing data analytics techniques and tools
  • Bachelor's degree - BA/BS in Marketing, Business, and/or an analytics-related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, and between cross functional teams and senior leadership
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with limited resources
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, tech environment while managing different stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can own and run projects without constant supervision
