Job Description

Guideline is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Customer Operations team 

What will you be working on?

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who is excited to help Guideline make affordable retirement benefits accessible to American workers, and who would love to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a tight-knit, collaborative team. A high level of attention to detail is a must, as the position will directly contribute to a best-in-class client experience.

  • Lead cross-functional projects representing the filings team as a subject matter expert
  • Refine best practice, provide recommendations for process improvements, as well as continuously look for ways to scale efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Engineering, and Product
  • Support customers through multiple channels, including email and phone
  • Facilitate third party audits for our large plans
  • Creatively solve problems with Product and Engineering teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with demonstrated project management and leadership experience
  • 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize among multiple tasks
  • Strong collaboration skills: comfort level talking to different teams and levels
  • Well-organized, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and tools

The Team

The Government Filings team ensures all required forms are submitted on behalf of our clients by the required timelines.  We are a high energy group and work closely with the Customer Success and Customer Operations teams.
