Clover Health is a Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan that is changing how healthcare is delivered. The health care delivery system is undergoing many changes, however most health insurance payers are trying to execute this change with decades old processes and technologies in a top-down framework. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with forward thinking health systems with the goal of implementing programs in a data driven manner to improve the lives of our members.

As a Network Engagement Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with Network leadership to support high-priority, special project execution and operational excellence through workflow management and analytical deliverables across all network MA & DCE growth-related workstreams.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements through cross functional collaboration with operations teams including Network, Clinical Operations, Product, Data Science, and Legal.
  • Assist in devising field outreach strategies and identifying targets for Contracting and Account Management staff.
  • Assist in functional reporting builds in support of ongoing Network Management activities & processes.
  • Support with any/all administrative components to key provider partnerships including JOC facilitation, monthly performance data review, roster requests + collection, etc.
  • Support and produce analyses for High-Value provider partners with key breakdowns of membership assignment, Clover Assistant utilization, and MLR program performance.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have 1+ years of analytical experience in healthcare and/or consulting
  • You have a working knowledge of Excel and SQL based reporting
  • You are able to regularly identify opportunities to implement efficient, cross-functional processes.
  • You're detail oriented and are able to pull together disparate data to report key insights.
