What will you deliver?
  • You will lead our the enterprise and midmarket motions for India and MENA
  • Establish CleverTap as the thought leader in the market
  • Building larger marketing programs spanning from demand generation to acceleration and building brand awareness

Purpose
Responsible for defining India Market roadmap, help create brand awareness and funnel for the business
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build the regions GTM plan and execute while evangelizing the same across sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer success, Product, Product Marketing teams respectively
  • Plan and execute enterprise marketing and establish interlocks with the Partner, Sales and BD teams
  • Planning, directing and coordinating marketing activities with other sub teams in marketing to increase MQLs, SQLs
  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans by collaborating with sub teams to increase funnel growth
  • Understand, design and implement a TAM development program for the region to run successful outbound motion between marketing and sales to generate demand in the Midmarket and Enterprise market segments
  • Drive Account based marketing for the region against focus accounts as well as market segments/verticals
  • Design, and develop  email marketing campaigns deployed for the region and sales teams
  • Build, devise and execute the field marketing (in-person events, virtual events, webinars) plan for your market under a strong communications umbrella to drive demand and brand awareness
  • Provide thought leadership, perform business analysis and support execution of high-impact strategic projects and mission-critical initiatives
  • Marketing the Product
  • Work closely with Sales and SDRs to increase conversions from SQL to Opportunities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to build programs to drive demand generation
  • Using your stellar communication skills support SDRs, Sales, BD and other front facing teams to deliver the right message across to the prospects
  • Own the PR communication for your region
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Build the regional messaging to support sales and marketing based on regional requirements
Measures of Success
  • Increase in Funnel
  • Increase in Regional Share of voice,
  • Increase in Regional Organic Traffic
  • Increase in conversion % across the lead funnel
Qualifications and Experience
  • MBA/M.Sc in marketing is a must
  • 10+ Years of experience in SaaS marketing
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Apptopia, Mixrank, Outreach
  • Knowledge of Advance Excel
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills
