How you will make an impact:

Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, the HR Manager, Technology will proactively identify and recommend opportunities for operational excellence and process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies in our technologies and better support business needs.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Lead and drive our HR technology strategy and infrastructure.
  • Serve as the HR technology leader responsible for designing, developing, implementing/optimizing the systems and processes we need to maximize efficiency, productivity and scale for future growth.
  • Own all aspects of our HR systems including configuration, data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, system upgrades and security.
  • Drive innovation and optimization by delivering HR systems and automation strategies that increase the value to stakeholders  and reduce redundant processes.
  • Oversee system related governance controls and other related compliance processes. 
  • Ensure the proper security administration, configuration and system processes are in place and appropriately maintained and compliant internal and external audit standards.
  • Drive and support change management including development of user procedures, reference guides and other documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders ( Finance, IT and Security) to maintain and develop automated processes and integrations.
  • Provides systems support by researching and resolving problems, issues with business processes; recommends alternate solutions.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience with ADP HRIS and other ADP modules (i.e: time & attendance, compensation management, onboarding) and Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred.
  • Experience leading end-to-end HR systems projects including gathering requirements, system configuration, running tests, and implementation
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented thinker exhibiting analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Team player with outstanding work ethic, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate current state, find opportunities for improvement

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience administering Culture Amp 
  • Knowledge or experience with SQL queries and troubleshooting data integrations
