We are a young and innovative scaling-stage startup company solving an affordability problem by offering deposit-free renting to millions of tenants across the UK - with lots more exciting stuff to come.

We have built a core team and a product we are proud of, raised significant eight-figure capital, and partnered with the UK's largest independent letting agency. Plus, we’re already working with the world’s largest institutional landlord so we’re well on our way to changing the way renting is done forever!

It’s exhilarating, and we have a lot of ideas (some excellent, some less so), but we know we need a real marketing expert to come in and work their magic to make it happen.

As a key part of our commercial team, you’ll play an integral part in defining our marketing strategy, leading our brand repositioning, and managing the execution of our marketing plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Use our wider business strategy to develop an actionable and aspirational marketing and brand vision, and execute with your team
  • Bridge the gap between all of our current marketing activities, bringing them together to create a seamless and consistent approach
  • Help us disrupt what has historically been a static, unengaging industry and make our products appealing to our target audiences (B2B and B2C) through innovative and captivating campaigns, delivered through your team
  • Manage third-party providers, including creative agencies, PR specialists, and performance marketers as required
  • Help expand and develop the flatfair marketing department to become a world-class hub of creative marketing.

Who you are:

  • You live, breathe and dream marketing across all channels, and you want to be known as the best of the best.
  • You're an expert in brand marketing and have proven experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns.
  • You are curious and marketing agnostic. You have worked, experimented and successfully executed both branding and performance marketing campaigns and events across various offline and online channels including Branding, Community, Communication, Events, CRM, SEO, PPC, traditional advertising ATF/BTF and much much more!
  • Equally excited by both high-level thinking and rolling your sleeves up to get stuck into the day-to-day
  • You are used to being creative in the use of a marketing budget, both large and small
  • You’ll have a proven track record defining long-term KPIs and scaling teams across both B2C and B2B marketing functions
  • Able to come in and confidently lead the current marketing team with limited guidance, as well as understand how to hire the best team for the future of flatfair.
