We’re looking for a technical writer to help create easy to follow training and support content for our rapidly expanding client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create clear, concise, and easily searchable articles and guides to answer their questions. You’ll have the opportunity to combine a passion for technology with your stellar writing skills to produce high-quality documentation to help take our customer support to the next level.

What you’ll do:

    • Maintain existing documentation to remain current with software changes
    • Create new content and help existing identify content gaps to develop a thorough knowledge base
    • Edit content from engineers and product managers to ensure conformance to documentation quality standards
    • Ensure content adheres to a consistent style, tone, and approach by following our style guidelines
    • Manage your time while balancing work across multiple product teams with different deadlines

What we’re looking for:

    • 2-5 years experience writing, editing, and researching documentation for banking, software, or SaaS
    • Excellent writing and grammar skills and a meticulous attention to detail
    • Fast and willing learner who can produce while learning
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
    • Willingness to conduct research, interview subject matter experts and stakeholders, and perform other knowledge-gathering tasks
    • A portfolio or samples of outstanding documentation samples
    • Bonus if you can speak Canadian French  or Latin American Spanish
