Job Description
The Copperleaf marketing team is looking for an innovative and creative designer to join our team to craft creative solutions that fit within our brand guidelines. The designer will be able to conceptualize and develop imagery, graphics, and iconography to represent and enhance our brand. This may include the development of marketing collateral, campaign concepts and graphics, website and social media imagery, print and digital ad creative, slideware, event invitations and signage, corporate templates, and more.

What skills will you use?
In-depth knowledge of design tools and the ability to create repeatable, templated source documents
Design and layout of print materials such as sell sheets, brochures, case studies, white papers, recruitment materials, event signage, handouts, etc. to create awareness and drive adoption of our products and services
Ability to source and create distinct and compelling imagery for our brand image collection that highlights the unexpected artistry in the world of critical infrastructure
Design and production of digital assets for blog articles, email communications, newsletters, videos, social media and the web, with the ability to manage the technical implementation of digital designs for copperleaf.com
Ability to engage and manage third-party vendors and agencies as required to create visually compelling displays and materials that support the brand Copperleaf and create demand
Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to design creative materials in support of regional campaigns, presentations, road shows, etc. Exercise the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed
Creativity in your design process; experience communicating complex concepts in a visual manner
Manage library of marketing collateral, including updates to existing materials and creation of translated pieces for the regions
About You:
You are a graphic designer with one or more of the following attributes:
Experience working in B2B marketing would be an asset
2+ years industry experience
Enjoy a collaborative design process
In-depth knowledge of design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proficient in the use of latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities
Video editing and photography skills would be an asset
Knowledge of HTML and WordPress to create and edit online content would be an asset
