Job Description

Propel is looking for an exceptional and energetic individual to join our pre-sales team to build impactful demonstrations of our next-generation product lifecycle management (PLM) and quality management solutions for customers across many different industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our enterprise solution engineering team to pursue and win Fortune 500 opportunities.  
The cloud-based PLM and QMS space is growing and we have the cutting edge, 100% native solution that is disrupting the product development and quality management market. You will be part of the Propel pre-sales solution engineering team where you will work directly with a group of talented and passionate engineers who are experts in the manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain field. The team is highly collaborative and works closely with sales to delight our prospects and sell the value of Propel solutions. This is your opportunity to help Propel build impactful demos and tools on top of the industry-leading and fastest-growing enterprise application platform - Salesforce Lightning.  
The Associate Pre-Sales Consulting position is a versatile role that requires working closely with the Propel pre-sales team as well as product management and development. You will continuously learn the Propel and Salesforce platform to deliver important demo components to drive sales and often help enhance the core product. The ideal candidate loves to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  It is a great role for growth and an opportunity to develop your career.
We are open to candidates from any location with some preference in Santa Clara, CA, Boston, MA, New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL.

The ideal candidate gets excited by:

    • Being an integral part of the Pre-Sales team to build valuable demonstrations and tools used in the sales cycle
    • Mastering the Propel solution and the Salesforce platform
    • Configuring custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities that map directly to positive business outcomes for our prospects
    • Enhancing standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members

The desired skills/experience for the ideal candidate:

    • 2-7 years of experience
    • Knowledge or experience working with one or more of the following domains: platform configuration, products lifecycle management, quality management, supply chain applications, ERP, MRP
    • Good communication skills
    • Passionate about continuously learning and growing your skills
    • BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) domain or equivalent experience
