Supply Acquisition Manager (Delivery Operations)

About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end rider acquisition funnel and team to ensure rider supply quality and availability to minimize disruption to delivery operations. Successful candidates must be highly driven, reliable individuals who will take ownership of scaling across city-wide operations. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the rider acquisition funnel,
  • Responsible for driving maximum conversions through continuous experimentation of existing rider supply channels and building new rider acquisition channels/strategies, 
  • Managing the Rider Activation/Recruitment Center and ensuring a high-standard activation processes,
  • Support and enhance the quality of rider supply
  • Manage, mobilize and track the performance of rider acquisition teams at the market level,
  • Responsible for overlooking and assessing resource requirements, process improvements and initiatives to build a competitive rider onboarding,
  • Managing performance metrics and incentive structures for new riders,
  • Responsible for frontline execution of supply acquisition teams through direct supply channels and activation.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar functions across supply chain, operations, sales, business development or marketing in startups, fast-paced environments and similar organizations,
  • Proven experience creating and optimizing processes, as well as running communication/marketing campaigns with large audiences,
  • Comprehensive outputs through data-driven mentality and sound business judgment,
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude.

 

In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills to effectively manage riders and the rider acquisition function.
