Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop product launch strategy by creating effective supply chain capabilities, understanding competitive land scape, Customer buying behavior , pricing dynamic and implement the annual operating plan for Specified products in the region.
  • Identifying and developing market penetration and differentiation strategies in operating markets. Developing and establishing a strong distribution network in the region
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the retail partners and end users, and building strong end user Loyalty program.
  • Develop and maintain strong supply chain to enable just in time delivery model, with focus on enhancing customer delight

Desired Candidate Profile


  • A successful candidate would have worked leading the desired product category as product/ sales leader, with strong supplier and customer connects and deep understanding of key business drivers in retail market
  • Well versed with nuances of specified product business in retails set up
  • Seasoned sales person with ability to create strong positioning with the customers
  • Must have improvised capabilities for Business processes, people process and organization vertical
  • Driving the strategic planning of the company
  • Must be able to demonstrate business excellence and exponential growth thru his strategic Sales initiatives in last few years work in any given set up.



  • Graduate Engineer/ MBA
