Job Description

Are you a well versed and experienced digital product manager looking for the next step in your career as a senior product manager? If so then this role is perfect for you!

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end digital payments experience on the Invoice2go platform, used by 200k+ small businesses and 6m+ consumers. You’ll be reporting into a Senior Manager, on the Product team, responsible for the overall Cash Flow needs of our customers.

The Cash Flow group is focused on all parts of the platform that help small businesses get paid and then manage that money, including estimates and invoicing, expenses, payments, financing, and financial insights. You’ll work closely with engineers and designers within this group to solve critical needs our customers have and contribute directly to the growth of the company. You’ll also be responsible for developing relationships with our payments and financial services partners (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain and run the strategy and product planning within the payments space. 
  • Own, maintain and run the prioritization and roadmap development process within the payments space. 
  • Lead the product discovery process through a combination of market and user research, user feedback, and internal brainstorming and ideation.
  • Execute the end-to-end product development process together with engineers, designers, analysts, and go-to-market teams.
  • Work with product analysts to analyze and report on key metrics relevant to the payments experience.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of digital payments in our customer base and position it effectively with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with other product teams, and external partners, on resolving dependencies and risks.

Desired skills and experience

  • Building and launching products at leading tech/saas companies
  • Experience working with engineers and designers on product development
  • Core product management skills around managing sprints, creating user stories, tracking requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Structured thinking and communication skills
  • Working with external technology partners
  • Prior experience with payments/fintech is a bonus
