The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, Customer Success, you will provide support to the Customer Engagement Team with regards to the successful planning, execution, & reporting of projects. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to support partner solutions will be critical.
 
In this position, you will oversee all project plans, creation of materials for customer-facing meetings, and assisting with the coordination of communications to customers when necessary. With your collaborative and teamwork nature, you will support our broader team to complete all project-related tasks in support of our customers.  Who you’ll work with:
 
The qualified candidate will report to our Director of Customer Success and will work closely with our Customer Success team (i.e. CSMs).     
 
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
●       You have previous operations or customer service experience in the healthcare industry
●       You have experience with process documentation and maintenance
●       You can manage several tasks and competing priorities
●       You are a strong communicator
●       You are a self-starter and self-motivator
●       You work well with cross functional teams
●       You have a “figure it out” mentality - someone who can take limited information and find a solution
●       Although not required, Salesforce experience would be a plus
●       You have a shared passion for our mission and helping customers and team members improve patient care across the healthcare continuum
●       You have exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to understand technical as well as healthcare jargon and tailor messaging to relevant audiences
●       You have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once
●       You have strong problem-solving skills
●       You hold a bachelor’s degree, with additional technical and customer service experience a plus
●       Although not required, knowledge of data analytics would be a plus
