Job Description

Qualio is a tech startup that is the first cloud quality management software for the entire Life Sciences ecosystem. Medical device and pharmaceutical companies need a secure and scalable quality management system with the flexibility to support their evolving needs. With a remote-first, office agnostic approach, the Qualio team is distributed across North America and Europe.

The Opportunity 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Qualio you will identify talented individuals to drive our company forward. You will design and execute strategies to engage talent on a global scale. Throughout the entire process, you will provide a great candidate experience and serve as an advisor to internal hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross functional team members
  • A desire and aptitude to build organizations that take into account holistic team composition and long term vision
  • Experience building sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools and technologies
  • Experience building out recruiting reports
  • Advanced skill in Google sheets and/or Excel
  • Experience with modern ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to stay in tune with candidate market trends across geographies

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality, and bespoke candidate experience
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Create and deploy unique sourcing strategies, thinking about the short-term and long-term needs of our teams
  • Work closely with our People Ops team to ensure we take into account every component of an effective search, keeping on top of best practices and trends
  • Conduct thoughtful and sophisticated candidate interviews 
  • Foster trusted relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
  • Serve as a skilled problem solver and facilitator in final negotiations
