Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager with strong experience scaling marketing campaigns and operations, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products including Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and Pardot Advertising Cloud.

You will be an integral part of the Marketing team, and help advance the buildout of our marketing tech stack. The right candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, passionate  about marketing, and has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. We are a tight-nit and collaborative team, working together to transform rental housing for the better. Due to COVID-19, this position will be working remotely from home until further notice, but may be expected to carry out tasks that involve traveling to mail centers to execute campaigns. 




  • Work with stakeholders to create and implement growth strategies, including A/B multivariate testing
  • Build and manage drip campaigns, workflows, segments, and triggers in Pardot
  • Track performance, measure and share results with executives
  • Create marketing landing pages, web forms, and email templates to drive action
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
  • Trouble-shoot bugs and issues with solutions-led approach
  • Identify and implement additional marketing technology to scale growth 
  • Draft sharp marketing copy that drives actionProvide training and documentation for new and existing users
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance, track and sustain strong email deliverability




  • 5+ years global marketing automation experience
  • 3+ years experience working in a marketing-specific role
  • Prior experience working with CRM; Salesforce familiarity  required
  • Experience with Pardot, or similar marketing automation tools like Marketo / Hubspot
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience building landing pages and email campaigns from the ground up
  • Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets, able to pick up new technology with ease
  • Proficient with Google Drive and Gmail
  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic image editing skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, thrives in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
  • Lives in Los Angeles
  • Bachelor’s degree



  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Deep experience with Pardot Marketing Automation
  • Experience with building custom reports
  • Experience with Spreadsheet formulas
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator
