Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven, results/action-oriented, and collaborative leader who will both drive excellence in execution and growth in Enterprise accounts. Current HackerOne key customers include GM, Salesforce, DoD, Salesforce, Facebook, and more.
Reporting to the Director of Account Management and based in the US, the Manager, Enterprise Account Management will be tasked to manage and scale a team of high performing Enterprise and Federal Account Managers focusing on accounts in North America. 
You should have experience hiring, managing, and developing a team focused on growing accounts across verticals and geographic locations. In your role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and New Business Sales.

  • Responsibilities: Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote and effectively manage a team of Enterprise Account Managers
  • In your first few months you will learn, refine, and execute on strategies required to sustainably grow sales in existing accounts
  • Enable the team to strengthen existing customer relationships and drive expansion with renewals 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Customer Success to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
  • Ensure internal cross-functional collaboration to help customer’s voice
  • Strategically analyze industry trends and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results
  • Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging the HackerOne Value Framework
  • Effectively develop and monitor accurate sales forecast 

WHO YOU ARE

  • >2+ years experience building and managing a high performing sales team
  • >6+ years experience selling Saas technology to the Enterprise Market in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are an excellent communicator and coach with a track record of overachievement
  • Must possess excellent value-based sales methodology, high aptitude to collaborate in a decentralized environment.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to adapt and lead in a fast-changing environment
