Duties & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely executive and administrative support to the President and CEO
  • Management of calendar and schedule to maximize efficiency
  • Coordination of travel (business)
  • Management of travel schedules, arrangements and itineraries in a timely, detailed and organized manner
  • Ensuring that the CEO is prepared for all meetings and calls
  • Arrange and manage internal and external meetings and conference calls
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as directed
  • Assist Director of Human Resources with interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
  • Perform other miscellaneous office, administrative, and sales support tasks as appropriate

Relevant Experience

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
