AttackIQ is looking for an independent and self-driven individual to join our team as Marketing Intern, with a focus on social media and community management. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, ambitious, eager to learn, and tech savvy. Prior experience with social media, community management, and events is a plus; a hunger to learn and willingness to share ideas is a must!
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be remote.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager to build customer loyalty at scale by offering personalized experiences.
- Assist in creation of strategy for and execute customer engagement program.
- Design and present new content for customer engagement program.
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Assist in writing engaging and informative captions for social media.
- Respond to customer engagement program in a timely manner.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback.
