Job Description

About the Role

The cannabis industry is creating big opportunities for startups and we’re at the forefront of it. To help support our hyper-growth business, we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our product and engineering organizations. This is a unique opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting, build processes, and work with our leaders to help them grow their teams while serving as the advisor to candidates and internal partners alike.

What You'll Do…

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality, and top-notch candidate experience
  • Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale
  • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
  • Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
  • Find ways to continue to raise the bar for dutchie’s recruiting efforts

What You Bring...

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience, with 1+ years of internal recruiting experience in high growth environments
  • Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
