Datapeople helps recruiting teams make more thoughtful and accurate decisions about their recruiting process, from the job posts they write to the data they report on. We've got some of the most engaged customers in the business, and we are building a sales team that reflects our customer focus and our mission. You'll report to our Head of Sales, and be a part of shaping our sales strategy. We have a great comp package with uncapped bonus potential. Our SDR program is geared towards training and promoting SDRs into Account Executives and providing the platform for a career in Enterprise software sales.

You will:

  • Follow up and qualify leads from demo requests, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
  • Contact potential customers by email and phone to promote Datapeople
  • Record all lead activities in our CRM
  • Prospect for new clients/lead generation
  • Discover new target markets and implement outbound campaigns
  • Conduct prospect discovery calls and occasionally do demos

You have:

  • 1+ year SaaS sales, or account management experience
  • 1+ year SaaS lead development or lead generation experience preferred, but we are open to non-traditional backgrounds
  • Sales training and CRM experience is preferred
  • Work authorization in the United States
