Darwin's Investment Sales Specialists are licensed real estate agents that are on the front line in identifying and analyzing small residential (1-4 unit) properties for our clients to purchase and hold as long-term passive income generators. This is not your typical real estate job - no cold calling or spending aggressively on ads out of your own pocket. We have clients that are looking to buy homes today, and need your local expertise to find the most suitable properties for them.
Succesful agents can advance in to a VP/Client Engagement role, with a larger earning potential and the ability to work with clients across multiple markets throughout the US.

What You'll Do

    • Review new listings on a daily basis, using Darwin's proprietary tools, to locate suitable properties based on specific buyer requirements
    • Validate assumptions in our automated underwriting model, using your local expertise (rent, make ready expenses, etc)
    • Prepare daily "Top Ten" lists of best acquisition targets in your market
    • Visit properties in person when there is client interest, including virtual or video tours for remote clients
    • Prepare and submit offers on behalf of Darwin clients
    • Manage the contract to close process

What You Need

    • An active Texas real estate license
    • An ability to work a flexible schedule - real estate is rarely a 9-5 job
    • Strong knowledge of entry level neighborhoods (<$250K home prices) in DFW area
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel via own vehicle within assigned area a minimum of 30% of the time
    • Must be willing to use a personal cell phone
