The HR Business Partner will be responsible for evangelizing a positive, efficient, and supportive culture by building programs and guidelines, and providing exceptional support to their client group. They will collaborate with the People Team on organization wide initiatives and with Leaders on building inclusive and productive teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with creating and implementing programs that are inline with business goals and promote productivity, consistency, and growth
- Coach and support individual contributors and managers with all employee experience matters
- Partner with other HR Business Partners and the People Team to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization
- Provide thoughtful solutions that are long term focused
- Partner with leadership to regularly assess talent and ensure clear expectations are set and feedback is given
- Promote a culture of responsibility and holding people accountable for their work
- Participate in client team meetings and play an active role as a partner Partner with leadership to communicate key messages
- Investigate concerns as they may arise
We're Looking For Someone With:
- 4+ years of startup HR Business Partner experience, healthtech experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience implementing best practices and measuring their success
- A strong sense of accountability
- An analytical mindset that can organize and parse data
- An empathetic mindset that is thoughtful and intentional
