What we do: AI Service Management (AISM) 


There are many examples of disruption in the consumer space – Uber disrupting the cab industry, Airbnb disrupting the hospitality industry and so on; but have you wondered who is disrupting support and operations? We have built the world’s first AISM solution for IT, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, and IT/Cloud Operations. With AISERA, organizations can provide a personalized and proactive experience for users by automating the resolution of tasks and actions.




As Aisera’s Sales Development Leader you will be responsible for growing demand through outbound outreach efforts. In this role you will manage the Sales Development Representatives nationwide. You will also be responsible to ensure our Enterprise Account Executives have enough opportunities to meet and exceed their sales targets.


What you get to do


  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, coach Sales Development Representatives nationwide.
  • Ensure the effective use of systems in cooperation with the Marketing Team.
  • Continually evaluate the sales development tech stack and onboard new vendors where necessary.
  • You will lead the team on objectives and performance achievement.
  • Develop SDRs to prepare them for growth into other roles throughout the organization.
  • Create campaigns for outbound outreach, including events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development, focusing on opportunity handoffs.
  • You will actively work to improve the outreach cadence, work closely with the sales team to ensure a positive working relationship.
  • You will monitor lead processes and metrics, while removing roadblocks for SDR overall success.
  • Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly team reports.


Who you are


  • Proven leadership skills managing high performing teams and taking them to the next level in their career paths.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years plus in a Sales Leadership role building high performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement.
  • High understanding to articulate the Aisera mission, values, and vision.
  • Start-up experience a huge plus.
