Position Summary

Marketing Copywriter & Content Specialist  

As our Marketing Copywriter and Content Specialist, you'll use your experience as an innovative brand and messaging strategist, content creator, and editor to own and scale DispatchHealth’s digital, print, social, and content marketing programs supporting awareness and growth. You will report to the marketing team Creative Director and collaborate closely with both designers and the broader team to assist in developing and maintaining our brand voice across all distribution channels for both healthcare B2B and general B2C customer segments, including website/SEO, display, social, email, print, case studies, blog, and more.

  • You're a doer, a thinker, a passionate storyteller, and a leader who will play a critical role in establishing DispatchHealth as the most advanced and complete in-home care model in the word  
  • You have a compassionate approach to brand voice and tone and have experience in creating standards as part of a brand framework  
  • You have experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, preferably healthcare, and can adapt tone based on customer segments and markets 
  • You have proven experience building long-form content and thought-leadership programs and will take a strategic approach to content creation and distribution 
  • You have a gift for translating complex technical material into digestible, consumer-level messaging that engages your audience 
  • You understand that data is where it’s at but you can hold a compelling argument in the name of brand  
  • Customer-centric with an ego checked at the door 
  • You’ve witnessed company growth first hand and can adapt to and embrace change  
  • You can settle the oxford comma debate once and for all 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate B2B and B2C digital content across various platforms, including web, email, display, print, and direct mail channels 
  • Work with designers and marketers to help generate creative ideas and develop messaging for marketing initiatives that support business objectives 
  • Utilize digital best practices for SEO, email messaging, subject lines, CTAs, etc. 
  • Write for social media and use best practices for developing social media content – specifically for LinkedIn 
  • Create scripts for video and voice 
  • Collaborate with other areas across the organization to ensure accuracy and the fulfillment of cross-functional needs including people services, legal, clinical, product, and SLT 
  • Balance different points of view with insightful and creative solutions 
  • Must be able to manage competing priorities 

 

Qualifications

Experience: 

  • 5-7 years of professional experience writing advertising, brand, or marketing content 
  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic background or equivalent experience in healthcare or tech, start-ups preferred 
  • Professional agency or in-house experience producing digital ads, sales enablement, content marketing, demand generation, and customer marketing deliverables
