Modernizing Medicine is hiring Associate Support Specialists to provide best in class software support to our expanding client base who use our Practice Management software. The Role:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues; answering incoming inquiries, effectively applying problem solving techniques, educating clients and following issues through to their successful resolution.
  • Provide consistent, professional and high-quality client support, every day, all the time, no matter what.
  • Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to help solve issues.
  • Replicate and document issues for further escalation.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous medical practice experience using Practice Management software (i.e. medical billing, clinical workflow, etc.).
  • Two years experience providing software application support preferred, medical software application experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with electronic claims submission and payer guidelines required.
  • Previous customer service experience required, call center experience a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of either Apple or Windows platforms.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • You must be technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
